Ms. Norheim currently serves as Executive Vice President, Corporate Public Affairs and Sustainability of FREYR.

She previously served as FREYR Battery’s Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Sustainability and Communications. Prior to joining FREYR, Ms. Norheim was with Spencer Stuart and also held executive roles at Norsk Hydro and Equinor, serving as Chief Sustainability Officer and SVP Reserves & Field Development. Ms. Norheim has also held the positions of Senior Advisor in the Office of the Prime Minister of Norway and State Secretary to the Prime Minister and the Minister of Finance.

Ms. Norheim holds an M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and Hochschule St.Gallen in Switzerland.

With a strong financial background and a Masters degree from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), Svein is a proven expert and oversees AGR’s global operational and commercial activities daily. He’s a talented strategist too, working closely with the wider management team to refine AGR’s services to make sure they meet the evolving demands of clients.

Morten Haug Emilsen

Morten H. Emilsen is the Manager of Well Control in AGR. He has worked his whole career in the oil and gas industry, focusing on field development projects and well control operations. Emilsen is specialized in transient multiphase flow simulations and drilling-related software development. He has 30 years of experience with OLGA software as a user and developer. He was instrumental during the internal BP investigation following the Macondo incident in 2010. He co-authored the Deepwater Horizon Accident Investigation Report and testified as an expert witness in US District Court in 2013. Emilsen has responded to a number of blowouts worldwide, relief well kills and capping operations, including Elgin (UK), Montara (Austalia), Macondo (GOM) and Aliso Canyon (USA).

Morten has an M.Sc. degree in Fluid Mechanics from the University of Trondheim, Norway. For ten years he was a board member of the SPE Oslo section and is still an active SPE member. He has authored several papers and publications and arranged a number of courses for oil companies and regulating bodies.

Ole is internationally renowned as an expert in blowout prevention and well-killing. He started as a research scientist in multiphase flow at the Institute for Energy Technology in Norway.

He co-founded Well Flow Dynamics (now a part of Add Energy), which specialises in well control and multiphase flow analysis. He has advised operators worldwide on blowouts for more than two decades and was directly involved in solving the well-kill operations on Montara (Australia), Macondo (GoM) and Elgin (North Sea).

Ørjan Kolbeinsen

Ørjan has a degree from NHH Norwegian School of Economics, a four-year programme in economics and business administration consisting of three years at bachelor/undergraduate level and one year at master/graduate level. He has worked as Corporate Controller in TGS and before that in the same role in Norway’s largest recycling company (Norsk Gjenvinning) for 9 years. His work experience includes budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, as well as implementing new software solutions.
