Vincent joined ABL in 2020, acting as Senior Subsea Engineer in both Oil & Gas and Renewables Energy projects.

Before joining ABL, he worked for Louis Dreyfus Armateurs as Head of the Engineering Department for Renewables and Offshore. He oversaw the engineering for installation, heavy lifting, design and mooring as part of subsea cables (optic & power cables) installation projects. The most notable projects he participated in were the Installation of the Floating Windfarm of Groix Belle-Île for Naval Energies and the installation of seismic cable for Johan Sverdrup for Equinor.

Vincent also worked for TechnipFMC in Norway as a subsea installation engineer, specialising in heavy lifting operations and cable and subsea construction operations. 

He has extensive experience in offshore operations and has worked as MWS on Ideol-Floatgen mooring line maintenance campaigns, Eolmed, Sealhyfe & Eolink projects. He also worked on several cable Interconnector projects, including IFA 2, Crete Peloponnese, and, lately, Biscay. He worked as Saint Brieuc Owner Engineering project manager and has worked on Offshore Client Rep for RTE for export cable pulling at OSS. (more than 20 Client Reps, 6200 office hours and 600 man-days offshore).

In 2023, Vincent was promoted to Head of the Owner’s Engineering & Consulting Department; it is a team of 10 people which works on Port & Harbour engineering, subsea cable, and Offshore wind Transport. In August 2024, Vincent worked as M&A light project manager on the Merger & Acquisition of Hidromod on the ABL Group. In November 2024, Vincent was promoted to New Business Manager – Europe & Western Africa.

Leïla has 12 years of experience in subsea installation and maritime works construction. She joined ABL in 2023 as a senior cable engineer and civil engineer in both oil and gas and renewables projects.

Previously, she worked for TechnipFMC as a lead installation engineer in oil and gas projects. She oversaw the engineering of flexible lines installation, line pull-ins and heavy lifts. The most notable projects she participated in were Block 15-06 for ENI in Angola, Kaombo for Total Energies in Angola, KGD6 for Reliance in India and Lapa NE for Total Energies in Brazil.

She also has substantial experience in maritime, working on complex projects for Saipem and Bouygues Construction, such as Tangier Med II Port construction and Monaco extension of the land into the sea.

Fabien joined ABL in 2015, acting as Senior Naval Architect and MWS Project Manager in both Oil & Gas and Renewables Energy projects. Has conducted desk reviews of marine procedures and naval architectural and structural analyses in support of MWS approvals and casualty expertise. Familiar with DNVGL code & marine industry standards. Reviewed calculations and documentation for load-out/in operations, towage and sea transportation, station-keeping operations, mooring and hook-up activities, heavy lifts and topsides integrations, offshore installations, vessel surveys, and salvage of damaged assets. Has attended meetings and onshore & offshore operations – to authorize and supervise the construction and installation phases (including loading, offloading and hook-up operations) of various projects in both shallow and deep waters.

Fabien was previously a Naval Architect working for a leading EPCI company. He was technically in charge of naval architecture discipline on different projects for floating units (FLNG, FPSO) and fixed conventional platforms, at different project levels (conceptual, FEED or EPCI).

Pierrick is an offshore structural engineer with 10 years of experience in the marine industry and the Oil & Gas industry. For 5 years at Bureau Veritas, Pierrick supervised the certification of the structural design of commercial vessels and large oil and gas projects (FPSO) with complex interfaces, from concept design to installation.

Since joining INNOSEA, he has specialized in structural engineering for marine renewable energy projects. In particular, Pierrick has been involved in fixed and floating offshore wind turbine foundation projects, including jacket and monopile design through integrated design methods. He also spent 1,5 years as external consultant at General Electric as Tower Design Lead Engineer, in charge of design and procurement of WTG tower for Saint-Nazaire OWF projects.

Pierrick is highly skilled in Finite Elements Method: beam/shell/solid model, yielding, buckling and fatigue calculations, non-linear analysis, code checking, hydrodynamic loadings computation, and has thorough knowledge of international norms and standards for offshore structure design.

He is currently Technical Lead of Structural Engineering team based in Nantes.

Mattias is a naval architect and offshore engineer with 18 years of experience in the marine industry and the Oil & Gas industry. Through his experience at Principia, Technip and Subsea 7, Mattias has supervised large Oil&Gas project with complex interfaces from concept design to installation, including procurement and fabrication on risers and moorings. In particular he perform unbonded flexible pipes local analyses for static lines and risers while working for Technip.

Since joining INNOSEA he specialized on cable engineering for bottom fixed and floating engineering. Mattias has in particular been involved on OMDYN 2 project which aim was to develop an analytical tool to perform cable local analysis and determine stress in conductor and armours from global loads. In addition he is currently involved for French TSO as owner engineer for Cable Engineering and Installation activities for project in Brittany.

He is currently Engineering Manager in charge of INNOSEA’s team based in Nantes and Edinburgh.

Bruno is an offshore renewables engineer with 13 years  of experience in this field. He started his career with a PhD in hydrodynamics and applied mathematics, then co-founded INNOSEA in 2012. In INNOSEA, Bruno coordinated the delivery of advanced engineering services to various clients in offshore renewables: fixed and floating offshore wind, tidal energy, floating PV and wave energy.

Bruno specialises in the numerical modelling of these energy systems, with a focus on coupled physics and coupled models (such as aero-hydro-servo-elastic modelling for floating wind turbines), delivering services to a variety of client types: wind turbine suppliers; wind farm developers; foundations, substations and subsea cables EPCI contractors; designers of technologies; state agencies; collaborative R&D projects.

In addition to his managing role in INNOSEA, Bruno leads ABL’s services related to the adaptation of offshore and maritime structures to the risks induced by climate change.
